Mrs Greer studied at West London University where she gained a BA Hons degree in Media Studies, Journalism and English Literature. She then went on to study at Goldsmiths University of London and gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Education with a specialism in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Mrs Greer has worked at two different STEP schools; (Applegarth and Heathfield) and during this time completed her NPQ in Middle Leadership and NPQ in Senior Leadership and became a fully trained DSL. Mrs Greer has worked at a number of schools in South London and first joined STEP Academy Trust 2016. Mrs Greer is also an approved moderator for Croydon council and has moderated at numerous schools across the borough.
