Leadership Team

Miss Davis is an experienced primary teacher who has taught across Key Stages 1 and 2 and brings a wealth of expertise in subject leadership, teacher development and curriculum design. She gained her BSc in Developmental and Educational Psychology from the University of Northampton before completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at Brunel University and gaining Qualified Teacher Status. Miss Davis has taught at Heathfield Academy since 2017 and, during this time, has undertaken a range of leadership responsibilities. She has completed the National Professional Qualification in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD), giving her particular expertise in supporting and developing teachers through coaching and mentoring, alongside leading curriculum development and supporting teaching and learning across the school.
